Wow, some people are really dense!

The last two weeks is just the culmination of what had been brewing for two years. Sandfire's intentions were clear all along. For those of us who were paying attention, we knew Sandfire had been hoovering up shares (at times using different brokers to hide their tracks). It was clear Sandfire wanted a controlling block and was waiting for founders shares to come out of escrow. They failed and now you are seeing the result - corporate action signaling a major acquisition is on the horizon; their nominee director resigning from Adriatic's board; and ADT stock price responding to this reality. Again, all within a couple weeks.

This was no pump.
