Not sure how you reconcile a cash and scrip offer that leaves other suitors out in the cold with your earlier statement that this same offer will be in the low $2's? Low $2's leaves the door wide open if anything.
Noone of signifigance is selling under $4-$5. Why would they. SFR control nothing.
