Sorry mate, I disagree. There's a big difference between having skills that can be applied globally (plumber etc!) and having global experience so you understand working practices, regulatory settings, competitors etc and can use that experience to provide strategic guidance for the company globally. I agree with @sembondi that she was the weakest link as the company goes global. Excellent analysis by him incidentally
