I am not seeing it as a threat yet. On their management team, there seems to be a guy on that page with high level technical expertise. Also, their chairman led tech and product organizations in the Fortune 500 which should have them covered from a strategy standpoint. Keeping up on this company, there was a rumor going around a week or two ago that there is a top shelf CTO in the US being hired so resigning could have been to save face. It's clear that they are building extensively in the US.
