Reading the Zeus acquisition in the CML ASXdated 6 August 2018, Marnus’ appointment may have been a condition of theacquisition? ‘Subject to shareholder approval and the completion of the ShareSale and Purchase Agreement, the company intends to appoint Mr Marnus Bothma asa non-executive director of the Company’. Maybe he did not jump ship? We willprobably only know what happened when the annual financial report enlightens usas to whether he got paid out or jumped ship?
The remaining CML Board Members are abalanced group and the technical team have a wealth of experience and enviablerecord of discovery and success. I am happy being a shareholder given who remains.
