Sure thanks for that, I found them. Nothing about "which folks" the CEO was specifically referring to as 23.19 -> 23.24 "when we would need capital these are the folks who would give it to us"..I think going back looking at the transcribe could the CEO be referring to 2 groups of "Folks"and swapped who he was referring to mid sentence?? 23.02

....I think many have been assuming previously it would be SB (as well) ... however, I think what has happened pretty much now crystallises the answer to this mystery ? Are the Hong Kong "folks" doctors? if they weren't - lead more weight to his change mid sentence...I guess? Do others agree with Lex?

(Sure wish the CEO was a bit more specific with his "language/English"? Been a problem all along?... heck if it's hard for native speakers, what has it been like for those who aren't?)

All postulation of course and just my IMO! (until someone asks him the specific question)...
