It happens all the time. Firms like Canaccord will not bank a non institutional grade corporate like CSD, especially with a dysfunctional Board, let alone a project that doesn't deliver a CEO without any track record of delivery. They walk from such corporate clients every day. CSD would never get through Canaccord's risk committee and the desk wouldn't touch it
