it’s the timing of the Bond resignation that bothers me - just took a little while to sink in.

We need directors to stand firm to keep the company up and going.

I am not sure if she can now dump her shares. Not sure if there are rules.

When directors go for family reasons it’s usually something else. However I guess somebody may have got the Corona virus.
