It looks like she's gone back to uni for her Masters, and he's at least 71yo and presumably going into retirement? Probably a mutually beneficial separation for all parties. I'm not sure if they were the best personnel to take us into the next stage we are about to embark upon, as we leave the startup phase and towards commercialisation. Graeme did have 17 years of experience at CSL but they were a different kind of company from 1982-1999 compared to CSL as we know it today. It's share price has also done some wonderful things since then.
It'll be exciting to find out who the new Chairman will be.. perhaps someone with American big pharma experience?
