I would suggest that a three way deal has been consumated between CAZ, FMG and BHP in regards to the FMG-BHP Shovelanna tenement applications and CAZ objections.
CAZ still has objections lodged against the RIO mining lease applications lodged in September 2005, mining wardens hearing/deliberations must be imminent.
The three way deal would be conditional on CAZ objections being successful.
