Well yes, how can one commit to a high workload if they physical injuries restricting the use of their hands. I'm saying things change and these issues might not have been a thing when they were hired but naturally as the Co progresses and life progresses things change. Maybe that's why some senior members are leaving so those who can commit to the high workload and growth can join
