In all that time, they have secured enough sales to tick off Gerard's performance conditions (he needed 3,0 million / ZMM delivered 3,1 million for the entire year), and that's it. Nada.

At the end of the day they have done what, 2 consolidations, 3 equity raisings? We are now undergoing a further raise at 18% discount, whilst we are already down over 20% since last consolidation earlier in the year. The only winners again are the brokers, scooping up around a 14% cost of equity to them alone, before we think about lawyers and regulator fees.

Use of funds for the new raising are for "accelerating its sales and growth strategy"? What sales aside from the literal minimum effort for performance rights?

The latest quarterly shows they have a 1,6 million in bank. With a full year burn at 2,9 million/quarterly is 0,8 million, it's just another August top-up before an AGM reset because cash is running out in the next 5 months.

Tian8824, optimism is a good thing, but keep it to where it is warranted - step back and be realistic about where this company is, and what the prospects look like given its history. It is clear you are a crypto investor, so you would no doubt be aware of their more commonly used aphorisms "history doesn't repeat, but it certainly rhymes".
