Sabine, let's think about this. The complaints were explained and addressed but he resigned anyway? I know you are weaving a fiction around facts that are in black and white but really?
Surely you can acknowledge that if we read what is there in black and white and don't make up additional narratives about what you "feel" is likely that the letter is horrifying reading for shareholders?
