Simon seems to have the broom out, I'd say they've read the emails & have probably had feed back from some of the institutions.

BB is the last connection apart from the shared office which was always going to be short term.

BB has a substantial holding and IMO we need a Geo on the Board, his long term specialty in Lithium does make him reasonably unique, so I'm happy for him to stay - but each to their own opinion.

I just hope MH's replacement has some financial markets skills etc which is the hole MH leaves.
