We need BB's geology experience as an NED like another hole in our heads. He's just filling an empty chair at meetings 4 times a year. He needs moving on for someone that hasn't presided over catastrophic failure of a major Malian mining project. His large holding and "alignment with shareholders" didn't help his judgement, or decision making over the last 2 and a half years, it's not going to help now in project delivery.
