Wildcat Resources Ltd (ASX: WC8) (“Wildcat” or “the Company”) advises that Alex Hewlett has
resigned as a Non-Executive Director, effective 5 January 2024.
Wildcat has commenced a search for a suitable replacement and will announce a new NonExecutive Director when finalised.
Wildcat Chairman Jeff Elliott said: “Alex has been a valued board member over the past four-anda-half years and played a significant role in the growth of the business to where it is today.
We extend our gratitude to Alex for his service and commitment, and we wish him all the best in his
future endeavours.”
