The big investors inexplicably cling to this Board, holding the rest of us hostage to its history of - and continuing - bad decisions. Was just reading up on Wallace's turn at AMP Capital. Disaster seems to follow her - I expect the Capano lawsuit to eventually reveal more of the same. Speaking of Capano, are there even any scientists left at the company (other than Bruner - thank goodness for him)? Or have Wallace & Co. driven the rest out? Will this limping Board be designing the Company's products and services going forward? Good luck with that!
Would've been nice if they added Keach in February when they had the chance. Now the Board is handicapped in terms of skill AND numbers. Brilliant.
