Amigos, the trading of shares in KNB by DATT and others is questionable IMO, especially given activities of DATT's nominee director on the board at the same time. Copied below is section 4 of the ASX's guidelines regarding insider trading - there should have been a closed trading period of at least 15 days in this period: "Directors are restricted from trading during closed periods, which include times when financial accounts are being prepared or when they possess undisclosed inside information." Don't forget KNB announced its drill results for hole 5 on 6 June (price sensitive), and Mr Tony Gu (the DATT nominee as director) resigned the same day on 6 June, and DATT sold 965 million shares 4 days later on 10 June. The activities by DATT and its nominee director, have a smell of insider trading, IMO.
