Hi ARH, I'm fully invested in the company, as I was before Datt entered, and as I am after he goes. Koonenberry is more than just Enmore. And more than just Datt. I don't think the BOD as a whole is poor per se, however no BOD is immune from poor behaviour in certain decisions. I have no issue with that being called out. Frankly there should be more of it, unfortunately most of us don't have the financial firepower to move the dial.
Remember, Datt was not trying to remove the entire board or change management, he had specific concerns with 2 NEDs. How often do you hear retail on these boards complaining about lifestyle directors and lifestyle companies who just dilute shareholders without adding value?
As Donnie said at the top of this page, there is plenty to like here, and nothing to be concerned about as regards the last drill result. I think the focus on Datt implies he had some greater knowledge about some geological issue and that is why he got out. I think that is completely incorrect. The longer we keep that trope going, the harder it is to regain traction. Cheers, BD.
