The interesting thing is that they both resigned together !!!

This would indicate that they have been talking with each other, and something they found displeased them, or they disagreed with the other directors on something, but will we ever find out what?

It's interesting that it came right after a trading halt, and the trading halt explanation did not include any reference to corporate activity.

Ructions like this do not generally bode well in the short term.

There is certainly a more detailed story behind this, and I wonder if anyone is able to talk with either of these ladies and ascertain their reasoning.

I do believe that shareholders deserve a more detailed explanation - in time.

It's hard to speculate on their reasoning except for the fact that they (both together) disagreed with something or someone.

To stay as directors for 4 weeks is not a usual practice, and they both seem to be aligned together.

A lot of shareholders are now intrigued, and some are filled with trepidation now by the trading halt.

We were hoping that this would be all smooth sailing from here.

Are we going to see more resignations after, or together with, the trading halt?

Shareholders now need some very solid reassurance from the board.
