    Whilst I agree it would be nice to have some more information concerning the resignations, if you bother to read the announcement you'll find it's released by the Chairman Alistair Cowden not Mike Anderson.

    The Chairman looks after the Board, not the MD.

    Mike seems to get the blame for everything, most of which are Board decisions (eg using equity instead of debt).
