On the other side of the coins, there are some worse one listed in the ASX that are a lot worse than this one.
As to why is not calling some of the Boards to task, I am at a loss. IMO they (ASIC) are witnessing the demise of shareholders and are doing the exact same thing that Neros was doing when he was watching Rome burning to the ground and playing his fiddle.
But, that is all part and parcel of playing in the sharemarket and IMO it is not a place for the fainthearted.
