So they do not have to continue with the voting etc.
What about the other resolutions?
You would think that if someone would vote for one person to leave they would continue that trend with others.
Pity there is no caveat that says those that replace them have 12 months to show significant improvement in the operations and the share market otherwise they too are out. In other words I hope they can do a better job.
