It is always open to two parties to negotiate a mutually desirable outcome in such circumstances. JW stays and provides an orderly and supportive hand over and QFE agrees to release JW a bit earlier than the 4 months. Looking back on JW’s personal ethics (referred to somewhere in the last year), it would seem that she and QFE can still benefit from her departure.
