When I spoke to management last, they mentioned that US refinancing is not material. After March, no new $$ can be drawn from that funding. However, any existing funds can still be used. The funding closes on Sept 2025 so we should have a replacement by then. The management committed for an update by March and they still don't have an update for us.
Additionally, they mentioned that are sufficient are funds available. Honestly, I would like clarity on it and would like to see a clear line of funding being available for the company. The fact that funding has not been announced as yet is a red flag for me as an investor because I like it when things are organized. The other red flag is that they have not announced a date for the business update. We should probably ask that question to the management directly via the investor hub website.
I am not expecting much from the management of QuickFee after Jennifer's departure.
