The current structure is pipe-dream that will never work out, that I think shareholders should be putting pressure on to break up.

There is ZERO real synergy in them being combined, only complications pushed as synergies.
- The US business needs US shareholders with proper resources and local leadership
- The Australian business needs to be taken private and remove the head office and listco costs

I had a look at the announcement when she was appointed: "4 months’ written notice" unless a case of "material breach".
Interesting there was no mention if notice period in this announcement which is the norm..
