The stock fell below its 50 day moving average, damaging its intermediate-term outlook by crossing under that important trendline. The stock fell below its 200 day moving average, damaging its long-term outlook by crossing under that critical trendline. The bears made the stock sink to a new 52-week low. The price action carved out a bullish hammer (or hammer-like) candlestick pattern. That may indicate an upside reversal. Look for price to trade above the high of the hammer for confirmation.
