I think paying a good dividend quarterly also achieves diversification of jurisdiction, i,e. the cash is in my account not tied to Mali.
They will be earning so much cash they could actually do both without borrowing.
Management need to prove themselves, a few good months as they have had, I don't think gives shareholders the confidence in management to tie up all the cashflow again, after having tried the patience of shareholders for years and years.
I got out as I am disappointed with the strategy.
