Mali and Ghana are separate instances of sovereign risk as to nation, but also, I think, as to type. The Mali exsanguination technique in particular seems to me to be all too feasible as a pattern to be repeated elsewhere.
Africa isn't for me in these times, other than a small, brief flutter in Namibia. Each to their own though. I'm no expert. Do your own research.
