ChiFeng has made a short note, acknowledged the event.
They made the statement that they are entitle to call off the deal and request RSG to refund the $5m, plus interest incurred.
There is no penalty to RSG if the deal fall over.
So worst case for RSG is: not net proceeding from ChiFeng.
Current market value already fell much more that Bibiani worth, bits of over-reaction. Any positive result from the negotiation with Ghana gov will be plus.
