comparing the assets as you have done is ridiculous.
like comparing a Ferrari to a Leyland P76 and asking why sell the P76 so cheap!
this deal, if it closes, is absolutely fabulous and a huge reward for years of effort to represent the asset and try to make it work.
smart use of current high A$ gold price.
