re: Ann: Resolute to Acquire Full Ownership o... a good move for both parties I reckon.
From our point of view, Resolute gets the extra 243,000 M&I ounces it doesn't own for a good price while the market is in a slump.... $82/oz at decent grade 2.8 gpt... plus 100% control of the exploration permits along the 80km Syama shear. .. paid for out of cash, no dilution or debt.
My notes have the oxide circuit costing ~$38m producing 70,000oz pa for seven years... these extra ounces may improve upon that, looking forward to the DFS this month.
