It appears a forgone conclusion now.
I often wonder why others can't see what I see.
I put it down to my poor communication skills...
As I have stated many times.....miners don't start upgrades without an itemized costing
and they notify the market of the total cost a set payback timeframe....Niether of which have been provided.
I would think whatever dilution there is
It would only cover the Syama upgrade.
