It's raising money regardless, even if its not technically a CR......just saying.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but those London shares have the same rights to ownership in RSG as the shares on the ASX? Those who own the shares on the London exchange have the same voting rights as us Aussie shareholders?
It's like 2 people in Australia each own 1 share of my house...then I give another two people in Africa 1 share each in my house. There are now 4 shares on issue in my house. The two Aussie dudes just got their ownership diluted. Is this not what in essence is going to happen?
As for share price due to the London listing, I have no idea.....how do these dual listings usually play out on share price? Good, bad, ugly?
