So you said HAS was cooked at $0.205 in June and it then went quickly to a $0.445 in a month.

The Wyloo debt default allegations emerged and you say cooked again at $0.25 yesterday, despite them clearly being curtailed. And yet is its at $0.27 already.

I hope you are not shorting. You aren't very good at this stock market malarky are you? Perhaps actually read the release rather than just expressing empty opinion:

Wyloo Chief Executive Officer, Luca Giacovazzi said: “Wyloo is supportive of Hastings’s efforts to fund the remaining capital needed for the Yangibana Project. Hastings will discuss with Wyloo the constructive redemption of the Exchangeable Notes in advance of the maturity of the Exchangeable Notes in October 2025.”

The HAS share price has already been cooked long ago, and the Wyloo convertible debt deal's value with it. Both will be eager to arrange a mutually agreeable (more like abideable) renegotiation of a "constructive redemption". I expect a renegotiated and (slightly) expanded debt deal on new maturity, no doubt on onerous terms for HAS, but that's already well baked into the share price for anyone whose analysis of HAS goes beyond an AFR article. Wyloo (and Twiggy) entangled themselves with HAS when they signed a debt deal in 2022 and its more expensive to distangle itself than it is to continue.
