RML was granted the land weren't they?
Makes more sense for NST to let RML spend the cash and take the risk of exploration.
Remember 99% of exploration companies fail. Whilst it looks like Pogo2 NST have risk management.
Better to let RML spend $20M drilling it and pay them $200M for it than pay them $10M for it now.
That's how the big boys think.
