Just been through the judgement and the finer details and there was indeed 3% ORRI. 1.5% for Chalk Sea and this was heard in the US jurisdiction the other 1.5% ORRI was to go to an Australian company called Caerleon Pty Ltd in Sydney; but they were not part of the action.

So Caerleon can look to get its share of the ORRI seeing that Chalk Sea has been successful. Interesting Michael Milne is the director of Caerleon and up until mid/late 2009 was a director of Arturus...
