The more I read this letter the more Im impressed with Jensen writing this, I dont know what pressure they put her under to withdraw it, but kudos to her to write this up.
Some very telling sentences in this "they both voted in favour of each others cash bonsuses at the board level" at the expense of futhering busines development.
That is after receiving:
Salary : $320 k +
Bonus: $92k +(despite making a loss EVERY year of operation)
1 mill share merger rights: $640k +
4.5 mill share options: ?
Dividends: $200k +
Millions for nothing, what a gig!!
I quote from an insider "Directors like Rodney Cocks and Guy Headley should know better, and protect the minor shareholders' interests and our companies' cashflow"
Well done for standing up for shareholders, very rare to see!
