But doesn't the announcement state that TV2u are chasing repayment of the settlement funds with Humich from Jayplus AG, thus TV2u are negotiating with Jayplus not Jayplus negotiating with TV2u, that in itself changes the negotiating power. Hope this legal stoush doesn't throw another TV2u curve ball like say Jayplus negotiating for a return of all the funds, bearing in mind we do not know what 'Get Out' clauses were written into the aggreement. That would be icing on the cake, albeit really, really bad tasting icing.
