Humich and Jayplus must be involved somehow as why else would...

Humich and Jayplus must be involved somehow as why else would TV2 pay the money and settle this way? Makes no sense. I'm assuming there was a deal in the background that Jayplus and Humich were involved in to make the initial payment to Tv2 and that has gone sour.

Humich has successfully got their money back via Tv2 and now Tv2 have settled (outside of court to most likely avoid a long drawn out process) with the hope Jayplus will reimburse this amount?

Am i way off with these assumptions?, doesnt make much sense to me otherwise why did Tv2 had to pay this money when it was money received from Jayplus in the first place?
