So they sued us, and lost. So they dont get what they asked for, or anything else. We probably should have received costs since the suit was vexacious but didnt. C'est la vie.
The counter claim is dropped so each picks up there respective costs to date there as well. So the lawyers win as usual.
Overall, this is a great outcome. Onwards and upwards since this potential liability is now off our heads.
