You are right 8Ball - Lev continues to cast a long shadow over CLH despite his statement in January 2017 that he was stepping down as a director not because he was unhappy with the board's strategy, but that he did not have the time to dedicate to CLH:

Since making that statement he has brought about the audit into software, called for and spilled 2 board members, recommended the promotion of the CEO to the board and now he proposes two more appointments to the board - one of who has strong personal and business links to him. As you suggest he should either sell up and move on or raise the funds to buy the company. He seems to want to exert a greater influence than his 10 to 15% share holding should warrant and the other shareholders should consider whether whatever he proposes is in their best interests and not just Lev's own.
