Ann: Resolutions under section 249N of the Corporations Act, page-9

I understand your frustration. I do think it's a resolution. They don't have a mechanism to propose a resolution unless it's under 249N. Which I assume they have got 100 people to all sign. If the vague and misleading resolution is passed then they can bypass 249N and keep proposing resolutions that have to be put to shareholders without the 249N requirement of 5% or 100 shareholders.

Beware of assuming the Paris accord has no binding capabilities - 5 days ago I would have agreed but very recently the Heathrow expansion was blocked and the judge cited the Paris accord...
