    I have not read your discussions. 2 points


    1)Small revenue of 7.5 vs 2.7 bill shares to be issued.

    2)Will there be a reconstruction?? and will that be a negative on the stock for current and potential holders.
    I assume so.

    If anyone has some comments on the above.
