9 sites, 15 gas compression trains, 2 Pipeline Compression facilities, probably my biggest project (was at all 9 sites at different stages), simultaneous but staged build- construction overlap - as areas in stage 1 are completed, they move on to those areas on stage 2/3/4/5. So there is no break in continuity, no multiple mobilization/demobilization events, no multiple ramp up/ramp down in all things project related - rather a great big S-Curve that covers the full project with baby s-curves for each train.
