Perhaps that stock coming out yesterday was El-Raghy using proceeds to fund that purchase. I've been following El-Raghy since the CNT days, but post riding out PIR & the regular Mali sovereign risk updates that came with it, MVL would have to push out some exceptional drilling results to lure me back into the region.
