So, we have two possibilities...
- Aerial survey + minimal drilling is enough to boost the JORC based on the detailed analysis that went into current JORC?
- They aren't interested in a JORC, they just want minimal but credible data to show a potential buyer so they can flick that part of their land holding on to raise cash?
