A very misleading statement from MRL as outlined in RDG 27 Feb 2025 Announcement - Half Yearly Reports and Accounts:
".....MRL formally advised that it will not however seek repayment of the loan facility until such time as the Lucky Bay mine transitions to commercial production and generates positive operating cashflow......"
MRL have not kept their word and in turn have 'formally' mislead RDG and ultimately mislead shareholders.
