Can someone confirm/deny or comment on what I'm, seeing in today's AXE action.

1] 10:30amish our biggest substantial holder transfers all their holding at 30 cents.Hudson has transferred bulk numbers of shares before that had No Effect on the Top 20 shareholder list.Right chimera?
Also a transfer at 30 cents is a "loss" from their recent 34 cent purchase.

So our biggest shareholder has "quit" just when drilling is about to start.Isn't Hudson a Listed Mining Investment Company? Don't they "like" graphite?

2] On 12 million volume [incl Hud's 6.4 mil ish] on an additional 6 mil+ of Volume AXE has established a pretty narrow range today 28.5/31.5 but mostly around 30/30.5.
The Sellers were pretty keen,hey?
happy to fill all comers at 30.

3] that was a terrible gap jumping open today.probably organised to get the hudson trache away/transferred asap at 30 cents. In TA candle speak today has formed a Possible Reversal pattern called The Evening Star.

anyway I'm most interested in getting the Word on Hudson.Anyone else find it quite strange that a listed mining investment company divested so soon after becoming a substantial holder especially at break even maybe a loss.
