Again, if the amount of confidence you purportedly have in Hay, you would respect the decision to recruit Crabb with the same level of confidence and not after the man's first week in the job suggest shareholders email him (PA or no PA)

Maybe you could suggest that in the interim, they go buy a mobile phone and have that as the company phone, they share an office and neither of the co-inhabitants picking up is just unprofessional.
